Ayant prévu de rester quelques jours à Hampi, et après avoir passe une première nuit dans une petite chambre glauque, et infestée de moustiques, nous avons négocié une guest house bien sympathique 
qui nous offre le confort d'une douche et d'une grande moustiquaire (ce dernier accessoire, bien que rare, n'est vraiment pas du luxe !). 
Cette nuit cependant, nous n'avons pas dû nous faire des amis à la Shambhu guest house ou dans les environs. En effet, dans notre sommeil et pour une raison non encore élucidée, la moustiquaire nous est tombée sur la tête sans pour autant nous réveiller. Eric a alors commencé un cauchemar au cours duquel des individus mal intentionnés s'introduisaient dans notre chambre et a commencé à se battre contre eux avec force grognements d'intimidation. A son tour, Marine, dans son sommeil et selon ses compétences en terme de combat, a commencé à hurler de toutes ses forces, réveillant Eric mais aussi tout le quartier. Il faut alors bien imaginer Hampi bazar comme une succession de petits bâtiments serrés les uns contre les autres, tous légers et sans fenêtres pour comprendre le véritable retentissement de cette nuit ! 
Quand nous avons eu repris nos esprits, nous avons ouvert notre porte pour nous excuser et avons trouvé le patron et les employés ainsi que nos voisins de chambre dans le couloir, hallucinés. 
Les lumières étaient aussi allumées dans les bâtiments voisins et tous les chiens errants de Hampi ont encore hurlé à la mort pendant des heures... Sans parler de la police que notre logeur a du renvoyer !
Ce matin au petit déjeuner nous nous présentons tous penauds, Eric avec un hématome sur le tibia et Marine la voix cassée, devant les regards interloqués et devons même subir un interrogatoire du patron qui ne se satisfait pas de nos explications et veut savoir quelle mauvaise drogue a pu nous faire un tel effet...

Cet épisode n'était probalement pas très agréable pour vous sur le moment, mais vu de loin ça aura eu le mérite de bien me fait rire...
